- All custom designs created by Lukxis remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
- Customers warrant that any logos, images, or content they provide for printing do not infringe on third-party trademarks or copyrights
- Customers assume full responsibility for any trademark or copyright claims arising from content they provide
- Lukxis is not liable for trademark or copyright infringement claims related to customer-provided materials
