SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

All items sold by Lukxis are custom-made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 1-2 weeks via our standard shipping method.

Total time from order to delivery: approximately 2-3 weeks.

SHIPPING RATES

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping: $8.00 (1-2 weeks delivery after production)

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

Since all products are personalized and made to order, production begins immediately after your order is placed. Please ensure all customization details (names, logos, text, colors, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via USPS or other reliable carriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping.
